At this time, we accept exchanges only. We do not accept returns. We are happy to give you an exchange within 7 days of purchase. Item must be in original package and in original condition. Promotion codes may not be used in exchanges.
All custom jewelry is final sale. Each on is made uniquely and customly for you. No exchanges or returns. We state this on each custom piece's description page.
We do not provide a pre-paid shipping label for returns. All shipping and handling cost are covered by the customer. If you are not satisfied with your order, please email us at email@example.com. Our customer service team will respond within 48 hours.
