Domestic Shipping

Domestic shipping is free. All orders are shipped within 1-4 business days of purchase. A confirmation email and tracking number will be sent you your email. 

Once your package leaves our studio, shipping takes 2-4 business days. Please email info@shopsweetpeeps with any questions. Our team will reply to you within 24 hours. 

Do you ship internationally?

 

Do to the recent increase of pricing from our carrier USPS, we, unfortunately, will have to raise our international shipping cost from $10 to $13.30. We are so sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused and understand that you guys would love to see lower cost for international shipping. We are a small business and are working hard to get better rates for our international customers. We thank you guys for understanding.

Canada Shipping Rate is $9.50.

International shipping rate is $13.30.

Free International Shipping on orders over $100.

International packages typically arrive within 7-21 business days of shipment. In some cases, international delivery may take up to 30 days. 

Once your package has left the USA, we are not responsible for any extra fees that may apply. Please research your country if they charge extra customs fees or any other fees. Thank you!

 How do I check my order status?

If you have an account please login first and then follow the directions below: 

1) When signed in to your account, click on 'ACCOUNT' at the top right-hand corner of the site. 

2) On the left, you will see your account information and in the main area, you will see your 'Order History' if you have previously ordered from us.

I would like to cancel my order. How do I do that?

You may cancel an order at any time before the order ships. Please email us at info@shopsweetpeeps.com. Due to time differences between the USA and other countries, we cannot guarantee customer service will receive your request before the order ships. 

How can I track my Package/s?

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking code (if your shipping method chosen has tracking)

What if I put in my wrong address?

If you have provided an incorrect address and your order has already shipped, we will do our best to update your order with the correct address. However, if your order has already shipped we are not responsible. Please email info@shopsweetpeeps.com with any questions or concerns.

*** In the instance when your package is sent back to us because of an insufficient address provided by the customer, we will charge a resend fee. Please double check all addresses before placing an order. 

What if my package is lost?

SweetPeeps is not responsible for items that are lost by the mail carrier or by any shipping service.

What if my package was returned to the sender? 

If your package is returned to us for any reason, you will be responsible for the shipping cost for the package to be sent again.
