 What payment methods do you accept?

Credit Cards - We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Note, cards issued by local banks which do not carry one of the below logos will not be accepted by our global processing service, in which case we recommend PayPal as an alternative.

Payment Security - All transactions submitted to us are encrypted with 128 SSL software which encrypts information you input to protect it from interception by outside parties. SweetPeeps is committed to maintaining the highest levels of security and protection against fraud. We stay up-to-date with the latest in security technologies to ensure that your credit card information, contact information, and shipping/billing information are confidential and safe.

What are your materials made of?

925 Sterling Silver: 90% pure silver, mixed with alloys to add strength and durability. 
Gold Vermeil: Gold Plated over a Sterling Silver base.
14K Gold Dipped: Thin layer of gold adheres to the silver through an electroplating bath. 
Gold Plated: Gold dipped over a lesser metal such as brass.

 

**For the best care of your jewelry, do not shower with your items. If your items do turn, it can be caused by a metal-to-skin oil reaction. As each person's body oils make different metals react differently, it is not our responsibility to return or exchange your item. We apologize in advance. However, we do offer cleaning and repair services for a fee. Please contact our customer service team for further details at info@shopsweetpeeps.com for an assessment and we will send you a free estimate. 

WARNING

How can I contact you?

How do I check my order status?

If you have an account please login first and then follow the directions below: 

1) When signed in to your account, click on 'ACCOUNT' at the top right-hand corner of the site. 

2) On the left, you will see your account information and in the main area, you will see your 'Order History' if you have previously ordered from us.

I would like to cancel my order. How do I do that?

You may cancel an order at any time before the order ships. We ship orders fast and everyday so please keep this in mid. Please email us at info@shopsweetpeeps.com. Due to time differences between the USA and other countries, we cannot guarantee customer service will receive your request before the order ships. 

I have ordered the wrong item by mistake. Can I edit my order?

Unfortunately, we are not able to change out the items in an order once the order has been placed. We can, however, cancel an order at any point before it ships out. You can then place a new order for the correct product. Please contact us with your request at info@shopsweetpeeps.com.

How can I track my Package/s?

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking code (if your shipping method chosen has tracking)

What if I put in my wrong address?

If you have provided an incorrect address and your order has already shipped, we will do our best to update your order with the correct address. However, if your order has already shipped we are not responsible. Please email info@shopsweetpeeps.com with any questions or concerns.

What if my package is lost?

SweetPeeps is not responsible for items that are lost by the mail carrier or by any shipping service.

What if my package was returned to the sender? 

If your package is returned to us for any reason, you will be responsible for the package to be sent again.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do! 

Do we accept returns and exchanges? 

At this time, we accept exchanges only. We are happy to give you an exchange within 7 days of purchase. We do not provide a pre-paid shipping label for returns. If you are not satisfied with your order, please email us at info@shopsweetpeeps.com.

Pre-Order

When an item is for pre-order, it means it is currently out of stock but available for purchase so when it becomes available, you are the first to receive them. Pre-Order shipments sometimes can ship earlier than the stated date. Please plan accordingly.

Do you offer repairs?

We offer repairs for items that have been purchased within 7 days. Please contact our support team info@shopsweetpeeps.com and we will give you an assessment and free estimate.
