The bracelet arrives with surprise that it looks really decent and pretty. However, it broke not eh second day I received it since it is too thin (which is a good thing as it looks delicate but unfortunately the quality is concerning). I contacted the customer service asking ifbthey could repair by sending email. While they promise that the customer service will reply me in 48 hours, it has been almost five days and I haven’t received any response. I’ll buy it again since it does look pretty good and they never reply me but I hope this time it won’t break that soon
